A Contemporary Masterpiece

Nothing short of an oceanfront oasis, this custom build seamlessly compliments its natural surrounding. Boasting breathtaking views of Saltspring Island, this contemporary home thoughtfully integrates natural materials to play tribute to the landscape that surrounds it.

Referencing its roots, and designed to age in place, rugged concrete countertops were thoughtfully chosen to mimic the rock outcrops of the surrounding beachscape, while the marble backsplash elegantly gives reference to movement of sunlight on water.

In order to optimize height, vaulted ceilings became an integral structural element of the home, while minimalistic fixtures were chosen to offset the contrasting kitchen cabinetry. Framing the home's unobstructed views with large windows throughout, Project Eventide uses an open concept design to maximize sight-lines, and capitalize on its waterfront location.
