The Point

A Contemporary Viewpoint

Redefining the constructs of condominium living, this contemporary renovation pushes boundaries, while subtle tones and organic finishes pay tribute to classical elements found within the West Coast. Showcasing an inviting palette of rich natural tones, and minimalist yet warm furnishings, The Point captures a cozy yet dynamic take on coastal softness.

Designed with durability and practicality at the helm, this minimalist escape optimizes the homes’ smaller footprint through the integration of innovative storage solutions, while a supplementary kitchen island and two separate eating locations allow the homeowners to entertain with ease. Featuring natural quartzite countertops, high-end brass finishes and a textured geometric splash, The Point’s kitchen is the embodiment of elevated luxury.

With longevity at the forefront, this home prioritized accessibility, while a meticulously planned floor plan and functional furnishings withstand the test of time. Paralleling the seascape with floor to ceiling windows, and motorized blinds to mitigate glare and heat transfer, this home prioritizes practicality, without compromising aesthetic.

A design full of warm natural woods, rich greys and a layered breadth of finishes, The Point captures a contemporary take on oceanfront living.
