Inspired by the sun, sand and sea, this transitional home, in the heart of the coveted Oak Bay community, showcases a refreshed take on a classical build. 

Designed for a couple passionate about an enriched culinary experience and a deep rooted appreciation for the outdoors, the kitchen, overlooking the botanical backdrop beyond, quickly became the heart of the home. Featuring rich crown moldings, sundrenched white-oak flooring, intricate millwork detailing and an ethereal palette of soft grays and warm natural woods, this space sets the precedent for the rest of the home's remarkable interior. Complementing the traditional elements of the kitchen with a dramatic honed Marble island and splash, Gracie Oaks was designed to age gracefully in place. 

Capturing the dappled light from the historic trees lining the street, the home warmly welcomes natural light. Complimenting the interior with soft coastal touches, Gracie Oaks features seagrass corded fixtures, while shiplap walls and an extensive library showcase the homeowner’s coveted collection of curated books and decor. Featuring an open concept layout and a custom linen panelled theatre room, this home encourages social connection, allowing the homeowners to entertain with ease.
