Rooted in tradition, and designed around the home’s true period architecture, this timeless heritage home authentically references the past, while a contemporary palette and coastal interior paid tribute to a refreshed perspective. 

Grounding the home with warm natural woods, unlacquered brass finishes, and traditional millwork detailing, Laurel Park offers an updated viewpoint on a historic build. Allowing the homeowners to entertain with ease, the built-in bar, spacious dining area, open concept floor plan, and ultimate indoor-outdoor living experience make Laurel Park a sophisticated West Coast retreat. 

A house where they raised their family, this busy household of five weren’t ready to part ways with a home filled with so many memories. To make an increasingly small space work for this active family, our mission was to restructure the interior of the home. To do so, we integrated creative storage solutions and strategic programming to reconfigure the footprint, significantly improving both flow and functionality. We raised the structure of the home to optimize ceiling height in the basement, while custom built-ins, recessed storage and an open concept living area made a once unfunctional home, functional. 

Redesigned to age in place, Laurel Park will continue to frame the memories written within its walls, strengthening connection in a now forever home.
