A Taste of Tradition

A true testament to nostalgia and old world charm, this classical build captures the timeless beauty of the bygone era. Honoring tradition, this home, in the heart of the coveted Uplands community, drew inspiration from the historic and intricate detailing found within the heart of France. 

Home to a family with a deep rooted appreciation for travel and a love for entertaining, we wanted to incorporate elements that paid tribute to these passions. To do so, Magnolia Lanes features delicate Parisian detailing to capture time spent abroad, while a gracious living area, aromatic florals, and subtle lighting create a backdrop perfect for entertaining. 

Eloquent and classical, Magnolia Lane creates depth and drama through the introduction of domes and coffers, while layered moldings and ethereal drapery soften the space. With the home’s sensory experience at the helm, we wanted to enrich the ways one interacts with the space. Showcasing opulent cigar rooms, extravagant art displays, and a sliding glass wall to capture an unparalleled indoor outdoor living experience, Magnolia Lane is the embodiment of an entertainer's dream. 

Winning the prestigious title of Project of the Year at the most recent CARE Awards, among five other gold medal nominations, Magnolia Lane is a home both inviting and warm, yet distinguished and stately.
