In the coveted community of Oak Bay, this fully bespoke condominium redefines high-end luxury living. Equipped with Italian imported cabinetry and state of the art finishes, these units reinvent the constructs of condo living. 

Well thought out and uniquely designed, each space is fully customized and curated to the homeowner. The Redfern boasts an open concept floor plan, prioritizing function and utilizing long-lasting natural materials to integrate outdoor living, in. 

The kitchen design integrated European wide plank flooring and finishes, a thick mitered quartz countertop, and marble porcelain slab range hood and backsplash. Maximizing space through innovative storage solutions, a hidden-walk in pantry and high-end panelled appliances, The Redfern was able to reinforce the illusion of an even larger footprint.
