A Rugged Downtown Retreat

Intriguingly striking, yet effortlessly chic, Project Blackstone sets the precedent for lavish penthouse living. 

Featuring a mix of rich charcoal tones, and moody grays, this minimalist palette boldly strays from tradition. Designed as an edgy downtown retreat, we wanted to create a space that embodied the unexpected. To do so, we introduced finishes that commanded attention, without wavering in beauty despite changes in trend.

Showcasing a smoky marble slab, extending from the waterfall island to the countertop and backsplash beyond, Blackstone creates impact through subtly. Complimenting the exposed concrete ceiling with matte black cabinetry and state-of-the-art appliances, the industrial inspired kitchen rapidly became a clear focal point for the home. 

Capitalizing on its sweeping views of Victoria’s downtown core, Blackstone prioritized the integration of floor to ceiling windows, while a floating staircase, designated wet area in the Primary ensuite, and marble integrated sink, are just a few of the elements that reinforce its truly opulent aesthetic. 

Meticulously executed, Blackstone captures a masterful balance of mystery, intrigue and restraint.
